About This ride will be celebrating the culinary masterpiece that is Pupusas--a traditional Salvadoran dish. We will be making 3 stops starting with Doña Carmen Pupuseria (a new spot that has only been open for about 2 months), then making our way to Bicho's PDX, and ending at Salvi PDX. All are welcome to participate just know that this is a ride that will be SALVI LED, SALVI-CENTERED, AND SALVI CELEBRATED. All wheels welcome, no drop ride (no one is left behind). We will be sticking to 8-10 mph pace throughout the entire ride to make this as accessible as possible. 9 miles with an elevation gain of 233 ft.
