Hey Folks!
Join me for a very special (to me) route that will include some of the places that helped me heal from trauma, cancer, and addiction.
We'll visit Dharma Rain Zen Center, True Colors, and the Recovery Gym.
So many folks think AA is just it for what we can do to heal and find community and there's just so much more! I'll briefly share about some free and welcoming spaces around town but I'll keep it short and the music upbeat and easy to listen and jam to.
I very much consider MM to be a moving third space that contributed to me in so many ways over the years. Im honored to lead this week and can't wait to see your beautiful faces.
