This is meant as a conversation opener and an opportunity to move towards leading your own rides.
This will be lead by Moorland with occasional support.
Brief Bio:
NakedHearts has lead around 450 ish rides, with 150 ish different ride leaders, we’ve worked with local schools, government agencies, festivals, DJ’s, Bands, venues, parades, artist groups of all kinds and supported at least 150 ish other rides.
So we have a little experience. But the all the experience just teaches caring about the ride and riders is what matters, and everything flows from there. For most people that comes naturally. Kiro (who’s only 10 years old) is considered the best ride leader and he cares about the ride and riders and having fun and that’s what makes him the best because that’s his focus. The mechanics of leading and organizing can seem daunting but it’s within reach of all of us.
