Our girl Grocery Outlet is turning 80 on Saturday, August 15th!
And hey--it's my birthday, too, so let's party!
Join me for a fun and slow ride to the SE 72nd & Flavel Grocery Outlet while we rock out to some of your favorite grocery store bangers.
Our playlist features songs from the Supremes to Tears for Fears to Des'ree -- what year is it?? Who knows! Time is meaningless in the cereal aisle.
BONUS: My girlfriend's Sicilian pizzeria and bakery, @eatmypiepizzeria, will have a special popup at Gross Out so bring an appetite for the world's best cinnamon rolls, cannoli, pizza, savory or sweet galettes (or both!), etc.
We'll bop over to Brentwood Park to eat pastries or stuff you've grabbed inside G.O. and then head back to the start.
