About
Do you ride a Bridgestone or Rivendell? Do you love the ride, the style, the practicality, or the thoughtful design? Maybe you ride a Peterson designed Soma San Marcos or some other Rivendell-adjacent bicycle? If you do, you may be a fan of Grant Peterson, the man responsible for all of the above. Let’s gather and admire our Rivs and Bridgestones and enjoy a ride of about 20-25 miles. Not a race, very party pace! (10-12 mph) Bridgestones and Rivendells are not required, all bikes brands are welcome!
The route is about 50% paved, 50% dirt/gravel. Features a park/cafe stop in NW Pearl district, porto-potties at the beginning of Leif Erikson, steep downhill on Springville, and a crossing of the St John’s bridge back to NoPo. Numerous places to stop and rest/snack/socialize or even bail if needed.
