DESCRIPTION:This ride will tour public art and Public Works sites that mimi
 c natural waterways\,  including the Oregon Convention Center rain garden 
 and the downtown Open Space Sequence.  It will be a relaxed paced ride (8-
 10 mph) along low-stress bikeways\, with frequent stops to show off gems o
 f Portland art\, architecture and inspiration that represent our connectio
 n to the natural world\, specifically rivers and streams.  \n\nThis is a n
 o-drop loop ride perfect for folks new to Portland\, new to the bike or ju
 st getting back on their wheels. About 8 miles long round trip.  Coffee an
 d restroom available at the start location\, we'll provide the donuts!.\n\
 nBring a friend because no one is left behind!  Bring appropriate clothing
  -  you know Portland weather\, always interesting\, and we'll ride rain o
 r shine.\nFree and open to everyone. Made possible with support from the P
