 'll climb Thurman \, ride Leif through Forest Park\, descend at Springvill
 e\, then take Willamette Blvd to Ainsworth before ending at Peninsula Park
 's rose garden. \n\n*This ride includes about 1000 feet of climbing\, and 
 a steep descent down Springville (20% grade at points). Bring lights\, wea
 r and your helmet*\n\nWe ride every Wednesday\, regardless of weather.\n\n
